All RPDS STORE products are delivered flat-packed, in compact packaging with minimal volume. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination (Poland, European Union, Switzerland, rest of the world).
Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation, depending on availability. You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships.
Products are tool-free: assembly does not require screws, glue or any hardware. Assembly and care instructions are provided with each product and are available on the product pages.
You may return a product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Please contact studio@robertpludra.com before returning an item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the product — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
