These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed through the RPDS STORE, the online store of Robert Pludra Design Studio (RPDS), a Warsaw-based product design practice.
By placing an order you accept these terms. The store offers original, tool-free furniture and glass objects. All products are designed and produced in Poland.
Orders are placed via the store checkout. After submitting your order you will receive an order number and an order confirmation by e-mail. An order becomes binding once we confirm it.
All prices are in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination and are not included in the product price.
Payment is handled via PayPal. Until the payment is confirmed, the order remains in the pending payment status.
Products are delivered flat-packed. Delivery costs and times depend on the destination and are confirmed during checkout. Details in the Shipping & Returns section.
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned complete, undamaged and in its original packaging. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Products are covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects, subject to normal use and correct assembly following the included instructions.
RPDS is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect assembly or use not in accordance with the product instructions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent Polish courts.
